Cancellation
It's not uncommon for things to turn out differently than you think and the vacation you've booked has to be canceled or cut short early.
The right of withdrawal according to § 18 Para. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply; instead, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006 apply:
You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. 3 months to 1 month before arrival the cancellation fee is 40% of the travel price. 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70%, if canceled within the last week before arrival 90%, if you leave early 100%.

- Free breakfast in the main house on the day of departure when booking the holiday apartment without meals with a minimum stay of 6 days and only valid in the winter season
- The sauna and swimming pool in the main building can be used free of charge.
- A bathing bag with sauna towels and bathrobes is prepaired in your apartment.
- Cleaning during your stay is possible at any time. You can order it at the reception with an additional charge of € 30,00.
- The keys are handed over at the reception in the main building of the Hotel Unterwöger.
- On the day of departure, the apartments must be free around 10:00 a.m.
- Unfortunately it is not possible for us to reserve a specific apartment !
